Popular role-playing game Final Fantasy Brave Exvius’ newest character is going to “Roar.” On Wednesday (Dec. 12), Katy Perry will be joining the playable lineup and debuting a new song upon her entry into the mobile game world. Perry’s new soaring anthem, “Immortal Flame,” can be previewed in a video promoting her new endeavor. The visual shows Perry playing with her phone and dog, eventually putting on an elaborate blue dress and being pixilated into the game.   Although Perry’s appearance in the Final Fantasy series is exciting, she’s not the first pop star to be featured. Ariana Grande — Billboard’s Woman of the Year — previously appeared in the game for a limited time beginning Jan. 2, 2017.

Lady Gaga attends a photocall for the film "A Star is Born" presented out of competition on Aug. 31, 2018 during the 75th Venice Film Festival at Venice Lido.

Perry is no stranger to the gaming world. She was the star of a Sims 3 expansion pack in 2012, and even had her own mobile game, Katy Perry Pop, debut in 2015.
